The short version of the billing terms
The full terms below control if anything here differs.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Hellion Studios LLC ("Hellion Studios", "we", "us"), which operates Attribase at app.attribase.co (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial or using the Service, you agree to them. If you accept them for an agency or other business, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that business.
Attribase helps marketing agencies send their clients' closed sales and leads to advertising platforms, so those platforms can optimize on real revenue, and report on the results. It includes uploading sales and lead files, a CRM and Zapier endpoint, funnels and lead forms, a website tracking script, sending conversions to Google Ads (offline conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads and Local Services lead feedback) and Meta (Conversions API), dashboards and reports, and AI features. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for the users you invite, the roles you give them, and everything done under your account. Tell us at admin@hellionstudios.com if you think someone has accessed it without permission.
Signing up online: the free trial lasts 30 days, and you can add up to 3 clients during it. A payment card is required at signup, and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and your card is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you a reminder about 7 days before it ends.
Trials we set up for you without a card: when the trial ends, the Service pauses until you choose a plan and add a payment method. Nothing is charged unless you do.
One free trial per agency. We may end a trial early if it's being misused.
You pay a monthly fee for each active client account, with a minimum of one, at the price shown when you sign up and on your Billing page. The Growth plan is currently $100 (USD) per client per month. The 3-client limit applies only during the trial.
We bill monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, to the payment method on your account. If you add a client during a billing period, a prorated charge for the rest of that period is added to your next invoice; if you remove one, a prorated credit is applied. Clients we agree in writing not to bill don't count.
Prices don't include taxes. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Stripe stores your card details; we never see or store full card numbers.
Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app under Billing → Manage billing, or by emailing admin@hellionstudios.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and aren't charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you aren't charged at all.
Fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and for clients you remove partway through a period, except where the law requires a refund or we agree to one in writing.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you so you can update your card. If it still can't be collected, your subscription is cancelled and the Service locks until you subscribe again. Your data isn't deleted when that happens (see section 15).
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change. It takes effect from your first billing period after the notice ends, and you can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
If we've agreed in writing to bill you outside Stripe, or not to bill you, that agreement's price and payment terms apply where they differ from these Terms. Everything else in these Terms still applies.
You own the data you bring to the Service: your clients' sales and leads, the files you upload, form submissions, and data from the ad accounts you connect ("Customer Data"). You let us use Customer Data only to provide and support the Service for you, including sending it to the platforms you direct it to.
You're responsible for having the right to collect Customer Data and to share it with us, Google and Meta, including giving any notices and getting any consents the law or those platforms require for using customer information in advertising. Don't send us special categories of personal data, such as health information.
Before identifiers such as email addresses and phone numbers go to Google or Meta, we hash them as those platforms require. For personal data in Customer Data, we act as your service provider and process it on your instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
The Service connects to Google and Meta through their APIs. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access it as those platforms allow, and you confirm you have the authority to do so. You must follow their terms and policies, including Google's advertising and customer data policies and Meta's Business Tools Terms. Attribase isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Meta.
Those platforms decide how they match, credit and use the conversions we send. Results they report, such as credited conversions, come from them, and we don't control them.
Some features use our AI provider, Anthropic, as described in the AI Processing Disclosure. AI output can be wrong; review it before you rely on it or send data based on it.
You agree not to:
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you don't pay, break these Terms, put the Service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.
When your subscription ends, your account locks. We keep your data so you can pick up where you left off, until you ask us to delete it; our Privacy Policy explains how. Sections 7, 11 and 16 to 19 continue after these Terms end.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will improve your advertising results, attribution or return on ad spend, or that Google or Meta will accept or credit any conversion.
To the extent the law allows, neither you nor we are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You'll defend and compensate us for claims brought by others arising from Customer Data, from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, or from your breach of Google's or Meta's terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. For a material change, we'll email account admins or show a notice in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law or for security sooner. If you keep using the Service after it takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
